Dr. S.K. Sarangi

He is a Doctorate in Geology with over two decades of a professional experience. He is the Managing Director of Geomin Group of Companies and is presently the President of Mining Engineers Association of India. His Past experience includes

7 yrs with Mining & Geology Department, Govt. of Orissa.
5 Yrs with Indian Metals & Ferro alloys ltd.
3 yrs with Department of Marine Science, Berhampur University.

Dr. Sarangi is a very well recognized professional in the field of Minerals & Mining. His Key achievements are as below:

Senior Consultant for Water & Power Consultancy services (WAPCOS) Delhi, Govt. of India.
Exploration of granite in Orissa.
Discovery of Tin Deposit of Orissa.

Dr. Sarangi is an approved consultant for :

Indian Bureau of Mines, Govt. Of India.
Industrial development Bank of India.
Pollution Control Boards.
National Accreditation Board for Education & Training.

Swatantra Sharma

He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate of 1969 and has undergone specialized trainings in India, Switzerland and the UK. He is a Senior Technocrat having spent 40 years in Power Sector in India & Abroad and has specialization in Thermal Power Generation and Power Distribution Management.

His key skills include developing and managing power projects, power distribution, strategic planning and O & M of power plants.

He has been in the core group of Tata Power for development of projects including Ultra Mega Projects. He was Head of Generation and Power Trading Department of NDPL (a JV of Tata Power and Delhi Government). He has also worked for Delhi Government, the erstwhile Delhi Vidyut Board and Dubai Electric Company.

Cumulatively, Mr. Sharma has set up 21 Power Generation facilities and 8 Desalination Plants. He has been one of the pioneers to install HVDS and Ariel Bunch Conductors in India.
