 Mr Tuteja has over 40 Yrs of experience in diverse fields which includes District Administration, Education, Industry, Trade, Commerce, and Finance and company matters.
Presently he is an Independent director of SML Isuzu Ltd, Trident Limited, A2 Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd, Adani Logistics Ltd, Adani Enterprises Ltd, Shree Renuka Energy Ltd, SIDBI Axis Private Equity Ltd, Havells India Ltd etc.

He holds the masters degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Joined the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in 1968 and retired from the IAS in 2005 as Secretary Food & Public Distribution, Government of India.

His service Career with the Government of Punjab covered Key assignments in various Government Department.

Was the Chairman of the Punjab State Electricity Board.

Was the Chairman of the committee on Revitalization of the sugar Industry setup in 2004.

Was the Chairman of Pay Commission of the Government of Punjab from 2006 – 2009.
Mr Tuteja has acted as a Consultant to the World Bank for Designing of a Data Bank system for selection to the Board of Directors. He has immensely contributed to the number of national / International seminars/ conferences in India & Abroad.
As a director of Devenio Optimus Advisors Private Limited, Mr. Tuteja will add immense value to the Board and will take care of the strategic decision making of the company.
